01What We Collect

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, mobile number.
• Delivery information: shipping addresses, PIN codes and landmarks you save.
• Order records: items purchased, invoice values, coupon usage and tracking history.
• Technical data: browser type, device category and pages visited, used only to improve page performance.

02Payment Information

• All payments are processed by Razorpay over a PCI-DSS compliant, 256-bit TLS encrypted channel.
• Rudraanshi Sarees never sees, receives or stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• We retain only the Razorpay payment reference ID for reconciliation and refunds.

03How We Use Your Data

• To process, pack, invoice and deliver your order, and to keep you updated on its journey.
• To answer your WhatsApp and email queries with your order context available.
• To send occasional collection announcements — only if you have opted in, and every message carries a one-tap unsubscribe.

04AI Stylist Inputs

• Preferences you share with the AI Saree Stylist (occasion, undertone, body frame, budget) are used only to generate that recommendation in that session.
• These inputs are not attached to your customer profile for advertising and are not shared with third-party marketers.

05Sharing With Third Parties

• Courier partners receive only your name, address and phone number, strictly to effect delivery.
• Razorpay receives the transaction amount and your contact details as required by RBI regulations.
• We disclose data to law enforcement only under a valid legal order.

06Your Rights

• You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing admin@rudraanshi.com.
• Invoice records are retained for eight years as required by Indian tax law, even after account deletion.
