Return & Exchange Policy

01Eligibility Window

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• The saree must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the Silk Mark / Handloom Mark tag and weaver certificate intact.
• Please retain the original muslin wrap and gift box for the return pickup.

02How To Initiate

• WhatsApp your order number to +91 70454 37436 or email admin@rudraanshi.com with a photograph of the saree.
• Our team confirms within one business day and schedules a free reverse pickup at your address.
• Where reverse pickup is unavailable at a remote pincode, we reimburse your Speed Post charges on submission of the receipt.

03Refund Processing

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our quality inspection.
• COD orders: refunded via NEFT to your bank account within 5–7 business days of inspection.
• Shipping charges paid on the original order are refunded in full if the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage in transit.

04Exchanges

• You may exchange for any other saree of equal or higher value; the difference is payable via a secure payment link.
• One free exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges attract standard shipping charges.

05Non-Returnable Items

• Sarees that have been altered, pre-pleated, fall-stitched or blouse-stitched by a third party.
• Custom-commissioned pieces where a specific colour, motif or dimension was woven to your instruction (clearly marked at the time of order).

06Authenticity Guarantee

• If any accredited textile laboratory finds the fibre composition of a Rudraanshi saree differs from our stated composition, we refund twice the invoice value. This guarantee has no expiry.
